The house has WIFI connection (indoor and outdoor).

Dawn with the noise of the birds, open the door of the house and find yourself in the middle of a natural landscape with magnificent views. Read a book, rest or meditate on a terrace where, being facing south, you can sunbathe all day and cool off with an outdoor shower. Enjoy a special meal and the unsurpassed taste of barbecued meat and / or vegetables. You can live an experience in an environment of absolute tranquility, silence and intimacy.

At night you can see the stars thanks to the zero light pollution in the area and sometimes have the opportunity to see the owls flying over the area.

The house contemplates the beauty of Canarian architecture with an age of over 100 years, being the original wooden ceilings and cement pavements, having been completely restored in 2019 with the benefits of a 21st century house.

The house is located in a Protected Natural Area called "Pino Santo" having a special appeal given its rural character. It houses natural areas that harmonize with inhabited sectors, of cultural interest, as well as traditional cultivated areas that make up a landscape of great beauty and therefore the area is especially good for all people who like nature, hiking and / or bike routes of mountain, having several routes which can take you to Teror, Valleseco, Pino Santo, Santa Brigida, and surroundings.

It has been thought to the last detail so that guests enjoy the house like ourselves, in a very intimate environment.

The house is studio type (2 people) with terrace of Approx 15 m2 with barbecue, shower, and hammocks to enjoy the terrace.

The house has a sofa, dining table, 1 double bed with wardrobe, 1.80 height mirror with clothes rack on the back, kitchen with utensils and basic dishes, and bathroom with shower.

The terrace has a barbecue, shower, two hammocks and a table with two chairs.

It has private parking for 1 vehicle within the plot.

Access road is dirt and with some sections in slope.

It is a 15-minute drive from Los Alisios Shopping Center.

Great place for peace and hiking

Lovely, stylish old house, just right size for a couple. Kitchen is small but equipped well enough for cooking, shower is great, terrace is great for eating and sunbathing, and it even has a washing machine. Track to the house is a bit of a drive, so allow bit of extra time to go out. Only thing I'd suggest adding are some wine glasses and a cork screw! oh and another dinner plate. Would book again :)

Small cottage surrounded by beautiful countryside

The house has a pleasant isolated location and is surrounded by nature. From the equipment everything you need is available. On the terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains around. As something disadvantageous I would see the approach road, to which you get used quickly, but it is in the long run a little annoying to drive it twice a day. In one or the other place, the house could be furnished with newer or cozier items. All in all, however, you can not complain, because the price is more than fair and if you, as we were, much on the road to explore the island, you stay in the house primarily for cooking and sleeping. Davinia, the host was super nice and always answered promptly and helped us with any problems. The check in and check out was also great :) Towels, bed linen, dish towels and even a washing machine were provided in the house. Thanks again 🙂

Slow life

Das Haus ist ein traditionelles Haus, wie es viele auf der Insel gibt und es ist stilsicher renoviert. Es liegt als einziges Fewriendomizil in einer Nachbarschaft aus Einheimischen, die z.Tl. noch Landwirtschaft machen. Wandern kann man dort nur auf der Fahrstraße, die allerdings eine Abenteuerpiste ist; alle Nebenwege sind Privatwege, ĂŒberall Hunde und Absperrungen. Aber sehr ruhig bis auf Hunde und HĂŒhner und Esel. Die Anfahrt nur empehlenswert bein kleinem aber PS-starkem Auto mit viel FahrĂŒbung wegen enger und kurviger Piste, z.Tl. ohne Straßenbelag - nichts fĂŒr schwache Nerven und ohne Zusatzversicherung. Allerdings dafĂŒr echt abseits Touristenströmen, Wohnen wie ein Canario, idyllische Landschaft, slow life, Sonne ohne Starkwind, sehr nette Vermieter.

Das kleine HĂ€uschen liegt spektakulĂ€r am Hang. Hat alles, was man braucht. Gleich in der FrĂŒh ab unter die Außendusche macht munter. Schön gelegenes Haus

Ich habe den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Der gemauerte Grill war auch sehr hilfreich! :-) Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr gut. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Rustikales kleine BerghĂŒtte

Ein kleines abgelegenes HĂ€uschen in den Bergen, das alles besitzt, was zum NĂ€chtigen benötigt wird. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei. Es standen neben Wasser und Öl auch einige GewĂŒrze und Wanderstöcke bereit. Leider lagen in dem Haus einige Glassplitter und Staub herum. Vielleicht sollte auch ein kleiner Kleiderschrank hinzugefĂŒgt werden und ein Wasserkocher.

Uriges kleines Landhaus

Der Weg zum Haus ist wirklich anspruchsvoll. Der Fiat 500 hatte so seine Probleme, teilweise ging es nur im 1. Gang. Das Haus ist schlicht und einfach, wie in der Beschreibung. Die Terrasse mit Dusche und der Ausblick einfach wundervoll. Man hat seine Ruhe, sollte sich aber augrund der lÀndlichen Lage nicht an Hundegebell stören. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und ihrer Familie war super. Den wenigen Einheimischen denen man mal begegnet waren alle sehr nett, freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Remote place yet close to civilization

This is a real Canarian house, it stays cool in hot days and warm during night time. When it becomes really cold, a small heater will help. There is basically one large room with triangular roof and a small passthrough kitchen and a separate shower and toilette room. The house has everything one need - clean running water, shower, terrific bed, WiFi, TV with local channels. If you use the internet for work or video communication, I suggest having a spare sim card. Vodafone works well on the terrace, just across the door. There is a small parking space, where you can fit a midsize car, but a mini car would be more convenient. The host will show you how to reach the property safely. The terrace faces the south and is always sunny during the sunny days. An unpaved road goes on the other side of the house on top of the ridge.

Prachtige locatie. En zoals de host erg goed zegt, de weg is spannend maar vooral de eerste keer.

Der Weg zur HĂŒtte ist wirklich abenteuerlich. Die Terrasse entschĂ€digt, zumindest bei schönen Wetter. Wenn es regnet, muss man sich warm anziehen und man vermisst etwas die verglasten Fenster, um die FensterlĂ€den fĂŒr Tageslicht öffnen zu können. Eine Alternative zum Massentourismus aber allemal.

Very nice house in the mountains

We enjoyed the stay in the house a lot. Make sure to take a sweater when going in winter but you won‘t be cold. There are a lot of blankets :) The drive is an adventure but we loved the challenge. Thank you!

Sehr nettes, ruhiges HĂ€uschen im Nirgendwo

Das einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtete FerienhĂ€uschen liegt abseits der ĂŒblichen Wege und ist daher fĂŒr Ruhesuchende ideal. Mit einem tiefer gelegten Cabrio sollte man die Anfahrt allerdings nicht wagen. Wir hatten eine schöne erholsame Woche dort.

Haus als Ruhepohl auf Gran Canaria

Das Haus liegt in sehr schöner Landschaft zum Entspannen und doch ist man schnell in den Bergen oder im Trubel der Touristenmotropolen. Alle unsere WĂŒnsche wurden durch die Vermieterin zeitnah erfĂŒllt. Wir haben die Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen und doch sehr viele schöne Orte entdeckt. Das Haus war praktisch eingerichtet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Viola

Att Ă€ta middag pĂ„ terrassen, lyssna pĂ„ syrsorna och se pĂ„ stjĂ€rnorna var helt magiskt. För att sedan vakna upp till ljudet av tuppar, Ă„snor och rovfĂ„gel som seglar över dalen. NĂ€r det var som mest trafik pĂ„ vĂ€gen som passerar huset sĂ„ var det högst 10 fordon under hela dagen. Ägarna var mycket vĂ€nliga och tillmötesgĂ„ende. Saknar du nĂ„got sĂ„ sĂ€g bara till sĂ„ gör det allt de kan för att ordna det. Fyrhjulsdrift och automatlĂ„da rekommenderas dĂ„ vĂ€gen dit saknar all komfort, men det Ă€r ju bl a dĂ€rför det inte Ă€r nĂ„gon trafik. Rekommenderas varmt till alla som vill koppla av och njuta av stillhet/lugn och ro.

Oasis of peace

Davinia is super friendly and her house is a true oasis of peace. WiFi wasn’t too reliable but it’s a great place to disconnect. The house is very clean. Beautiful view from the terrace. We'd love to come again.

Natur und Ruhe pur

Direkt bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen und ĂŒber alles notwendige zum HĂ€uschen informiert. Der Kontakt war wĂ€hrend dem gesamten Aufenthalt sehr gut. Das HĂ€uschen liegt in einem wunderschönen grĂŒnen Tal, ist von las Palmas schnell erreichbar, hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet.

Schöne Unterkunft !

Sehr schönes HĂ€uschen in toller,grĂŒner Vegetation. Die Lage in den Bergen und die Einsamkeit haben uns sehr gut gefallen !Durch die Vermieter wurden wir auch sehr gut eingewiesen und betreut .Das HĂ€uschen ist praktisch und gut eingerichtet . Das einzig wĂŒnschenswerte wĂ€re noch eine kleine elektrische Heizmöglichkeit ,da es in unserer zweiten Woche dort recht kalt war . Wir mussten leider wegen der Coronakrise fĂŒnf Tage frĂŒher abreisen und wurden von den Vermietern immer gut ĂŒber die aktuelle Lage informiert !
