charming little efficiency

I found the property very charming. There are sitting areas both out front and out back. I had some issues with leaking toilet and shower door which the landlord dealt with right away. The only suggestion I have is to clean the floors more thoroughly becasue they were dirty and to replacle the very worn sofa.

Easy process

David was an amazing host who communicated well and in advance of our arrival. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of places to visit in the area. The property was exactly like it was shown in the pictures. When we are in Vegas again we will definitely stay there!

A great place in Vegas!

This place is perfect for a single or a couple who want a comfortable place cloae to the strip, but not on it. Dave is a wonderful host. He immediately responded to our request for more coffee,. Loved the property and the location. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. David was a great host, gave a proper tour of the house and all amenities on arrival, even though we didn’t arrive until after 8 PM. David was available if we needed something and was there to greet us on our departure. Would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again.
