Every encounter with staff was friendly and professional. We did have a problem with the thermostat which was quickly resolved. The only issue was having to walk through the smoke filled casino every time we went in or out of the lobby.

My new "Go to" hotel

Better than anticipated. It was my first time staying at the California Hotel. It was the perfect location. The room was so wonderful and services were great. Making it my new "go to" place.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, a/c didn’t get as cold as we were hoping for, but it kept the room cool enough, mini fridge struggled to get cold and gave up on the second day/night there.
