The staff and dealers were not friendly at all. I swear no one knows how to smile.

Home Away From Home

Pros: I liked that they had a game room for children, although I do wish there were more options for things for kids to do.
Cons: I think that they entry into the bathroom could be a LOT larger! I had to sit on the toilet before I could close the door to use it or shower.
Location: The Fremont Experience was extremely close by and Main Station, so those were great for convenience. Since we're from Hawaii it was a great fit.
We had a great experience with everything while staying at the California hotel. Hotel staff was very accommodating and answered all questions, we didn't even have to wait until 3 o'clock to check into our room which was lovely because we had just gotten off of a red eye, with a child and wanted to sleep! Housekeeping had our rooms cleaned so quick, we never saw them but came back to a clean room every time.

The first day, most of the rooms that had king size beds were not available, it was to where we were given a room not requested for instead got double queen size beds. Our room was on the 13th floor sharing with gym and pool and it was all the way to the end of the hall. Hotel staff said they were to contact us the next day when there is a room available with king size bed. We actually had to go downstairs to check to see if the room we wanted was available, and it was and they gave us a king size bed. Rooms was clean but no coffee machine :(. AC was great, overall we were comfortable. Was surprised to know we had to pay a resort fee PER DAY which was an additional cost added to our 1 week hotel room cost. Overall, it was a great place.

Downtown Vegas

Pros: I enjoyed the guest room.
Cons: The shower and toilet are in a teeny area (with a door) separate from the sink area. The shower door was difficult to open/close.
Location: The location was near to Fremont Street and other casinos.
It was a one-night visit. The guest room was contemporary and well-appointed. The provided earplugs were a nice touch since the noise from Fremont Street was noticeable. Our room was easy to get to. It was also immaculate.

Nice and quiet in rooms. Easy to get to our car, we don't have to walk a mile to and from our room. Like other hotel..

RIGHT OFF FREMONT STREET

Pros: It's easy to get to. You are walking distance from Fremont Street. We used the valet parking. Attendants were marvelous.
Cons: The room could be quite a bit cleaner.
Location: Fremont street, other casinos
Let me start by saying you get what you pay for. We spent just over $100 a night for our room. This was a great rate considering the basketball tournament and Nascar were in town. The bedding and towels were clean. Shower head leaked onto bathroom floor. The floor of entire room was quite filthy. Trash was left in corners. Grout in bathroom was black. Corners in bathroom were gross. We spent very little time in the room, so we managed. If you are a germaphobe, you will not want to stay here.

Very nice hotel. Close to airport

Pros: The $10.00 voucher, the joining room and the security box.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was good.
Location: The location was downtown Vegas and was beautiful for just sight seeing. The food was good and at a very reasonable price. There was a lot of shops.
My experience was great. The hotel gave us $10.00 vouchers for us to use each day for food and beverage. They served a real food breakfast at the hotel so we was able to use these vouchers for this and it was more than enough. The itself was large with joining doors which is good if you are traveling with someone else because you can be together when you want or you can have your privacy. I would stay here again if opportunity presented itself.
