My room was clean, and my check-in was fast, quick, and efficient. My only issue was the lack of safety features on the window that looked out onto an open field. I felt a little unsafe and the windows could use another bolt.

Upon arriving the manager was not friendly. He was rude to be matter of fact. He gave me two keys, which neither worked when I tried the door. Went back to him, he said it was me. We then walked to the room, only one key he could get to work after several tries with it. He was a complete jerk. I cussed at him. And he cussed me back. Very unprofessional and he should be fired. After speaking to 6 other couples staying at the hotel, I learned their keys didnt work either. Breakfast was crap, coffee was always cold. Terrible. I will never stay at this chain or any linked to it ever again.

The toilet in the room was clogged and would not flush properly. The room was not cleaned properly and there was actually left over food crumbs between the beds. The front desk was no help and avoided us when we asked. The WiFi also does not work!
