I have never been in a hotel that requires the guest to request room cleaning. We called for extra towels and received them 2 hours later. There was only one concierge employee checking in and redeeming parking tickets. We had to wait 45 minutes in line to have our ticket validated. I will no longer book at The Downtown Grand Hotel.

Staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nice, detracted 1 star because a few things were damaged in the room when we first arrived. The frame of the mirror had a huge chip in it, part of the toilet seat was broken and the handle would leak water when flushing, but those things didn’t affect the stay too much

We had an amazing stay at the Downtown Grand. The staff were super friendly & helpful. Our suite was spacious with a comfy bed. Bathroom was great as well with the double vanity. Perfect location to all the fun including the Mob Museum.
