Staff was great, the room could use updating, but the location is 1 block from Freemont St. and the continental breakfast was good. Would gladly stay here again. The $3 Nathan's hot dog and PBR was also a great deal!

I wasn’t very happy with the house keeping services at the grande hotel. We called 2 times to get our rooms cleaned. No one ever came. We asked for fresh towels and coffee for the next morning. Didn’t receive them till after 10 PM.

I loved the location of the property. The grand tower was nice and there was no strong smoke smell. The casino is small but nice. The downside was the water temperature and pressure. The water never gets hot and there’s almost no pressure. I also didn’t like the half shower door, very difficult to keep all water in the shower if you’re washing your hair. Overall I would stay again but it probably wouldn’t be my first choice.

Very surprised in the lack of up keep in this hotel room. Bathrooms very mediocre room very mediocre curtains filthy. I guess theyvfigured the view of the 95 fwy would take your attention off them.

I liked that they gave us accommodation for a guest using a walker as requested. I didn't like that the room air conditioner was very loud. The vending machine on my floor didn't work correctly. There was no ice when I went to get ice from the machine. The elevator sensor when using our room card didn't detect all the time. It took several tries tapping the card on the sensor.
