We had a great time at the ElCortez. Rooms were clean upon checking in. Staff we encountered was all friendly and helpful. Called housekeeping once as our room didnt get services for a couple of days. Which was fine as my sleep schedule was messed up. But they were prompt in bringing necessary supplies. Only complaint is we were in a Pavilion room. I was not aware they were an outdoor access room and it was extremely loud every night til around 0230am. I booked rhis hoel thinking it would be quieter off the Freemont street, but it was not in these rooms. We had family in the tower rooms and they didnt have the noise problem. So if you are l9oking for a quieter night book there!

Clean room, friendly staff, free bottled water, Keurig with pods. Cons: No microwave, the walk-in shower curtain was too short and caused the bathroom floor too be constantly wet. The noise from nearby attraction made the room shake. The A/C "worked"...but it was set on "heat". There was no option to shift the temperature. The switch only had, "Low, Medium, High". Curtains did not stay closed. Broken curtain rod on left side.
