Room was clean, & had a good view.. The plumbing needs some maintenance due to slow drainage of sinks and toilet, & tub. Staff was really great! Also really enjoyed awesome Free breakfast, and the happy hour was a very nice surprise.. Very happy with our stay, & would stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast area is too small and the serving time is short and the line was too long…. I stayed there for three nights, I only requested room cleaning one time, they forgot to provide even one towel in my room. When I got back in the morning of the early morning of the first day of the new year, I had to go to the front desk asking for shower towels

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was mold all over the bathroom and a really heavy spot of mold on the back left corner of the room. It is dangerous, and disgusting. I found a vape on the floor and it looked like they haven’t cleaned the room in months. The rooms were extremely overpriced for what we got. I will be reporting to Marriott and whoever I can about the mold issue.

The front desk staff were rude. I booked a room with two beds, but I was given a room with only one, and they told me they were sold out of all other rooms and that this was my only option. The parking fee was higher than what was advertised, and they said it was because of the holidays. The pool was dirty and cold. The elevator takes a long time to reach the higher floors. The breakfast, which they advertised heavily, was just okay—nothing special. And if you arrive a little late, you have to wait in a long line for an omelet.

The room was filthy !!! Needs remodeling for rooms !! Hair everywhere on the sheets and blankets !! Carpet is very old and filthy !!! The bathroom was filthy , Toilet clogged on the first day ! Sink was clogged !! My husband and I were itchy the entire time ! I was given a room that I did not pay for ! It was a horrible experience !
