High Rise Luxury Condo in Las Vegas

Next to the two iconic towers of Palms Casino Resort, Palms Place lets you stay close to the excitement of Palms and the Las Vegas strip while having a retreat away from it all. This is a privately owned condo located on the 18th floor with an outstanding mountain view of Las Vegas. 615 sq ft of luxury living. The condo is fully furnished with a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, desk, twin 42" TV, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cups, plates and silverware.
Only a 5 min drive to the strip and to the Raider's Allegiant Stadium.

Bonus: NO RESORT FEE

The Palms Casino is adjacent to the the Palms Place. You do not have to exit the building to access the Palms Casino and their amenities. Palms Casino offers top-tier gaming and celebrity-chef owned restaurants. All of that and more just a few steps away from Palms Place over at Palms Casino Resort. Palms Casino can be accessed via the skytube (an enclosed passageway with two walkways that connect the two buildings) on the 2nd floor.

The whole unit is available to you without supervision. Guests have full access to the pool, fitness center, and valet/self parking. Pool Hours: 10am-6pm during season. The pool and jacuzzi are seasonal.

Full service spa & lounge are all available on the 6th floor for your relaxing and pampering needs.

Yoga, pilates, spin class, and personal training sessions are also offered for additional cost.

You must be 21+ for check-in with a government issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation. Upon check-in, the front desk will request your credit or debit card (no prepaid cards or cash app card) on file for security deposit in case of incidentals or room service. $100 security deposit will be placed on hold by Palms Place for any additional charges such as room service and/or other incidentals. Security deposit will be released at checkout if no other charges were made to the room during the stay.

There is NO daily housekeeping. If you would like additional cleaning, change of linens, and extra towels during your stay you can request it with the front desk. Palms Place charges additional fees for these items. All additional services are paid directly to Palms Place during checkout.

No late check outs or check ins unless otherwise agreed.

Great stay in Vegas

We have been staying at this location for a number of years. We really like that it is off strip, which means less busy and easy to access. Additionally, we prefer the condos at the because the rooms are large and there is a kitchenette. We especially like the VRBO option because then the room had all the dishes and other amenities already, so you don’t have to keep requesting things. This particular room was more well maintained than many of the other rooms at this hotel and had added personal touches. Checking in was the same. The only thing that was different is that this room did not have a bath tub like the other rooms I have stayed in. However it had tons of closet space, which was great to be able to hang up everything and put our stuff out of the way. It was also nice that it had a window you can open. The hotel could get stuffy, so nice to be able to get some fresh air. It is easily accessible to the casino, so it’s great to be able to enjoy everything there as well. Can’t wait until our next trip back!
