Had an amazing stay at MGM Signature! The room was spacious and functional, with stunning views. The staff was fantastic, and the location was perfect—close to great shops and a lively casino. The amenities were top-notch, including the spa, fitness center, pool, valet service, and even a washer room. It’s also a great spot to work if needed. All this at an affordable price made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

This could be a very nice unit but seems a bit outdated, The kitchen area was nice and convenient. The view was great. Everything was clean. Large roomy shower. The things that could be improved - the headboard made of green leather had many large tears and was very unsightly. These should be exchanged out. The bed had a sinkhole on the side of the wall, my husband's side was fine. There was a little tv in the bathroom that was not functional. Why have it in there? The electrical outlets on the left side of the bathroom did not work. The outlets on the left side of the kitchen did not work. The coffeepot was a cheap little thing that made awful coffee like water. Go downstairs to Starbucks for your coffee! Also no soap in the shower, I guess you are supposed to take the soap from the sink into the shower? Glad I brought my own. I expected more. Not the luxury I had hoped for. Just ok.

I liked that it was a little off the strip within walking distance. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly. Communication with the renter of the space was easy and they were very responsive. I enjoyed this property and would love to stay here again. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Bonus is you are right next to Top Golf!

This was a great experience. Super easy and fast check in, very clean, quiet and safe. MGM was a 5 minute walk inside to restaurants, gambling and the Monorail and we had a perfect view of the Sphere! Highly recommend staying here!

Nice place to stay without having the smoke and hustle of a casino.

This is a great room and the owner is very responsive and helpful. The hotel is currently understaffed so be prepared for a slow check in/out process and valet service if you have a car. Hopefully the Signature’s staffing situation will improve but that is not a reflection on the unit owner. Thank you for your Proffesionalism.
