Work Trip

We loved our stay! It was so nice to be in a home rather than a hotel. The house wasn’t anything fancy but was perfect for us! Great layout and we really enjoyed the spa! The owner was great at answering all of our questions and making sure we had what we needed.

Perfect size for our group

Roomy and comfortable. Needed a place for 3 couples plus a single and this fit the bill perfectly. Quiet neighborhood. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. Close to everything we needed. We never used the pool cause it was too windy so can’t speak to that.

Waste of money

I live in same city close to rental. Had company coming and wanted private pool and hot tub so rented this house. Both pool and hot tub were too dirty to use and heater didn’t work at all. Advised owner after day of trying to get heater to work. Not fixed during stay and no partial refund provided, although requested.. very disappointing

Retro vibe

If you want that retro feel, this is your place. When I walked in I could just imagine the décor when this house was built-couches covered in plastic, a brass bar cart, a paneled record cabinet, maybe even a big tube TV in the corner. This isn't a white-washed casino hotel, this house has life, has charm, but with modern upgrades. New appliances, an extra large guest bath, and a gorgeous walk-in shower in the primary bathroom. The ping pong table is perfect for late night competitions. The pool is awesome, very clean and has a deep end-CANONBALL! Hang out in this house and be transported to a time when The Rat Pack ruled the town, breakfast at any casino was1$ all night long. After staying a few days, I began to feel like it would have been perfectly reasonable for Lauren Bacall to be sunning herself in that famous yellow bathing suit next to the pool. Quick drive to attractions and the strip, right off the freeway exit which makes rideshare pricing reasonable. My favorite part of this house is the original door fixtures including the coolest sliding door handle I have ever seen. I will be back! Thanks for letting us stay!

Calm and quiet

Overall a great stay. Couple of things slightly amiss, but the space was nice and served our purpose of relaxation! Dip in the pool morning and night which was perfect in the heat. Quiet space where you can completely unwind.

Great home !

The house was very spacious and provided everything that was needed. Victor was very well at his replies and communicated with us throughout the whole stay. The backyard was very big and spacious. The house was located in a nice neighborhood near things that we wanted to do. It was the perfect stay for us!

I would give zero stars if I could - The worst experience we've ever had

Do not waste your time on this property at all. The owner (Victor) reached out to me starting 3 days before our arrival to make sure we were coming. We went back and forth via the VRBO message center and he was very responsive...until we checked in. We didn't get to the home until 8:30 PM PST. The first thing we noticed was how dirty the floor was. We then noticed all of the glass sliding back doors were unlocked which was very weird. We packed swimming suits for the "heated" pool which was the first 5 pictures in the listing and the reason that we chose this particular property. Neither the hot tub or pool were in working order. There were supposed to be clean towels and bath cloths as well. We finally found what seemed to be the towels and bath cloths in the washing machine with what looked like dirty underwear...... Needles to say we called VRBO customer service who still has not provided us a refund. The host was very responsive to everything before we checked in and we never heard a word from him after we checked in and had questions about the normal things that were promised. P. S. In the master bedroom there is no door dividing the room from the bathroom. I've never encountered this at any property but needless to say this was just the cherry on top of a terrible time. TRUST ME, NEVER RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!

Nice sized but failed to meet needs

Wanted an area off the strip to decompress. Sadly, not all amaze ties were as described. In addition, the A/C went out the last day and the host would not even provide fans. 2 of our guests were bitten by mosquitos as we had to keep windows open (and the screens all have holes) in order to not boil in the house. Very poor response to the situation. Also bring your own patches for the pool floaties. All have holes and are there is no air pump.
