Finish your night sleeping soundly in our automated MLily King Bed. Raise or lower the head & feet or use the vibration mode to relax sore muscles.

This home is situated on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood, and is perfectly suited for large families, groups, or even business travelers.

This spacious single-story home offers a total of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms for you and your guests. The Las Vegas Golden Knights master suite features a KING-sized automated bed, an en suite bathroom with double vanities, and shower with jetted tub. The Las Vegas Aces bedroom features a QUEEN bed, while the UFC-themed front bedroom was very recently upgraded to a Casper QUEEN bed. The game room includes a TWIN trundle bed making it perfect for children or travelers wishing to sleep separately. The second bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with fresh linens and towels.

In the backyard, you'll find covered patio seating & a charcoal grill (perfect for grilling up your special dish!) along with a beautiful ocean and beach themed mural. Make full use of the garage by parking inside (especially helpful during the hot Vegas Summer days!).

Key Notes:
1/ For your safety, security, and quiet enjoyment, there is camera surveillance at all entrances & exits, and there are noise recording devices in the common areas. This is a Henderson requirement, too!

2/ We know some guests really prefer to travel with their pets, and we may be able to accommodate you for an additional fee and refundable deposit. Please inquire & tell us more about your pet!

House Rules: We love our home, our neighbors, and we hope you do, too! Please help us take care of the home the same way you would your home. With that in mind:

-No parties or events of any kind, and no loud noises of any kind after 9pm. Please respect our neighbors.
-Children *must* be supervised at all times in the Game Room.
-Do *not* eat on the Poker table; the felt can be easily stained. Use the provided holders for drinks.
-Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation, and no more than 12 visitors during the daytime.
-Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flame.

FEES:
-Lost or Damaged Large Items (e.g. arcades, foosball table, air hockey table, poker table, TVs, furniture) will result in a charge at the *full* replacement value; the signed Raiders helmet will result in a charge of $500.
-Lost or Damaged Small Items (e.g., kitchen appliances, remote controls) will result in a charge between $50 - $250.
-Smoking of any kind or having pets onsite will result in a $250 charge.
-Unapproved Late Check Out: Every 30 mins following the standard check out time is $75.
-$50/person/night for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
-$25 grill cleaning fee, if not returned to the same clean & 'ready to use' condition for the next guest. While the grill is still warm, use the wire brush & it's *so* much easier to clean than afterwards, when food & oil hardens & sticks.

-Tampering with, unplugging, or covering the surveillance systems, noise & occupancy monitoring systems, or modifying the thermostat upper and lower temperature threshold settings will result in a $250 fee and you will be requested to immediately vacate the premises with no refund.

-If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it; fix it; if you move it, put it back; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you use it, take care of it. Basically, please take care of our home as you would your own home.

-You and your guests shall indemnify and hold harmless the property host against any and all claims of personal injury, or personal property damage, or loss arising from the use of the premises, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. You also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the host may have, does not cover your or your guests' personal property.

- Your agreement to stay on the premises represents your agreement to these house rules.
