We visited LV for a family vacation with kids. We all loved staying in Residence Inn. The front desk staff were very kind and approachable. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall I highly recommend this property for families. I would definitely stay in this property during my future trips to LV.

We have stayed here before. As always it was great. Quiet, nice breakfast, easy access to what we want. This time we notices a strong food smell on our floor. We have never notices that before. The staff said it was from people cooking in their rooms. I am not sure I believe them. The smell was too consistent for that. In any case, they had put an air purifier in our room (without asking) and it worked.

The property was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I dislike was that they overcharged me for parking and they charge me for room charges, and they acknowledge the mistake and agreed to refund me and never did.
