Quiet Neighborhood to Recharge

This home was ideal for us! We considered staying on the Las Vegas strip in the center of the action but all of us agreed that a quiet clean place to chill would be our ideal. We were close to our family in Spanish Trail and took Lyft over to the strip.

Good location, needs a bit of TLC

The positives are that this house is located close to a lot of activities in Vegas. It is clean and quiet, and is well- stocked. It was also set up for a large group--we had 6 adults who had plenty of room. The negatives are that it needs some maintenance. The photo on the outside was taken many years ago, and is need of upkeep, gardening and weeding. Inside it needs sprucing, a new coat of paint, an air conditioning tune-up (sounds a bit like a jet engine), and maintenance on the dishwasher and master bath toilet (runs, so we tried to fix it). We were told that we could park in the garage, but it was full of stuff. However, there was plenty of parking in the driveway and street for three cars.

Excellent house

The house was clean and had plenty of sheets, towels, household stuff. We could not have asked for more. Great location, 10 min drive to strip and super quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

Needs full remodel!

When I saw "New Remodel" I was thrilled. I am in the new home business and come from a long line of carpenters. The bare minimum for a "remodel" should include paint, updated light fixtures, and window coverings. The stress of all the deferred maintenance did not make this a "vacation" The screen door was rusty, the furniture was broken, the drywall had chunks missing, it looked like the same builder grade paint from the 80's. The fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen was missing a cover, the blinds above the sink were filthy, the faucet leaked. The ad says brand new modern appliances... the dishwasher was rusty! The garage was dirty and full of furniture. The furniture inside the house was broken, dirty and the fake leather peeled off. The blinds in the main bedroom had missing panels and several had been broken and turned over to reuse. The shower had mold and the "new" floor in the bedroom had been water damaged. I could go on and on.

The house could use an update

The house was just fine... it really could use an update. The master shower needs new caulking as its black in many areas.. Kitchen was stocked with basic needs and only a few of them. Linens were old as well. Overall it was just fine. The location of the house is great with access to shopping very close by.

Clean & Easy

Stayed here with a group of six 55+ aged soccer players for a tourney. Very easy checkin, clean property, and well stocked. No issues really. We brought our own BBQ for some post game grilling, the house didnt have one, so that would be the only complaint if you want to call it that.

Just as Described!

Kathy was an amazing communicator, from the moment I inquired about the home's availability to the end... even thanking us for cleaning up so well AFTER we checked out! This was a perfect place for we four adults and a Welsh Corgi to spread out and enjoy. The walled-in backyard was a plus for our dog! We liked the fact it was close to, yet removed, from The Strip! We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The Home was just as described and pictured online. The Master Bedroom's bed was very comfortable, and I really enjoyed the deep soaking tub! We might be back sometime! Kathy was very accommodating to our request for a few hours later check-out time (plus we were able to check in a bit early, too). Thanks, Kathy, for your kindness and the use of your great home for a week!

Quiet area

We stayed in the house with our family of 4 and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It’s about 10-15 minutes from the strip so Ubers we’re easy. The home was well stocked with soap, paper towels, and even had shampoo.

Very comfortable house and exactly as described. The house is in a nice area that is quiet. The house is also well-located near downtown Las Vegas, food stores, and restaurants. It is easy to get around! We were very comfortable. Would stay there again.

My parents, aunt, uncles and myself all enjoyed staying at the house (great amenities, easy checkin, great communication with owner). Very clean home. Great location off strip but close enough to the strip and great food in Chinatown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience!

We were in town for over two weeks for work and the house was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, the location is great and the owner is a great communicator! She even added a channel to the TV so we could watch the NFR every night. House had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Very nice interior of the home. Convenient and safe location. Quick drive to the strip for activities but a few minutes away to give you a quiet at home feel. The property manager was great. 4 night stay

We spent 4 nights in this home and it was perfect for us. We were here for a quick holiday and wanted to bring our dogs. The enclosed back yard was great for them. The house was lovely and very comfortable. Kathy was very easy to communicate with via email. We were able to take a Lyft to the strip for 10 to 14 dollars so we did not have the hassle of driving and parking. The house was just 10 minutes from the strip. Also 15 minutes to red rock canyon for hiking , best of both worlds! Highly recommend this house.

Property needs attention

At first sight the property looked clean. The property diffidently needs some attention though. There are light switches the have tape on them stating "Do not turn On or Off", the electrical on the house is Jerry Rigged. Guests are unable to use backyard as backyard look run down. We picked this house because of 3 car garage picture shown. We attended during SEMA week (1st week of Nov.) and had cars that needed to be stored over the week due to show, upon arrival we found the garage space was being used as a storage unit. Lastly and most important part of this adventure, when I took a shower in master bath, I cut my foot on either a small piece of glass or sharp tile... I tried looking for what made cut but couldn't find it. Must have been tile or a small piece of glass that went down the drain IDK. The property Manager Kathy was advised of shower issue and she was very friendly.
