No shade in the back the grill was disgusting had meat and bad smell. Saw 2 roaches in the kitchen and 1 bathroom down stairs would not stay here would not recommend especially in the summer no shade to grill and the bbq pit is nasty my family did not enjoyed here games outdated not working

Amazing property! Lots of amenities!

My family and I came out to celebrate my little brothers 21st birthday and we couldn’t have picked a better place to do it! A very short drive from the Las Vegas Strip, stores, and restaurants, made getting around super easy. The video games, slot machines, and movie theater room kept us all entertained for our entire stay. The roomy backyard with the beautiful furniture, nice green grass, and gorgeous shady trees provided a really nice place for the family to socialize in the beautiful 80 degree weather and the fully stocked kitchen and BBQ grill came in handy to prepare some delicious food! The house was everything we were looking for plus more and located in a super safe quiet gated community. I will definitely be booking this place again for my next Las Vegas getaway!

Barbecue pit very dirty backyard grass very high needs to be cleaned. Kitchen floors hallway floor is very dirty. Game room and slot machines did not work. Living room couches have big stains on them lots of stuff needs to be upgraded. House is beautiful just needs TLC. Had a great time yeah

Perfect Family Reunion Space

This is at least the second time we have booked this property and probably won't be the last. It is fantastic for our large out of state family to get together. The location was perfect for our needs as my 80+ year old parents live 2 miles away. The house is great for kids of all ages. The host, Scott, was very responsive to any communication email or text. The primary things I like about The Winner's Retreat: Convenient parking for many cars, Large space for 20 family members to socialize, Lots of activities for kids and adults, Permit gatherings for birthday or shower parties etc, Sleeps a lot of people, Arcade games, Movie Theater, Poker Table, Full kitchen, conveniently located to nearby stores and restaurants. Looking forward to staying there again.

. All upstairs bedrooms
. Had 3 seniors so stairs were very difficult
 would not have booked had I known that. Garbage cans outside were full and overflowing when we got there as well as pizza boxes all over the front driveway. Inside house was clean and kids enjoyed games in house.

Wedding Reception for Out of Towners

This property was excellent. Our whole party traveled there for our friend's destination weeding. I really wanted to throw them an intimate reception with our friends. They allowed us to have our small soiree and it was excellent. The house was equipped with Kitchen implements for a party and it was so nice. Some of the things had not been used for a while but my group of friend s is handy. We were able to get everything running smooth in plenty of time for the party. We had one day to prepare. Thank you so much to our hosts they were so easy to reach and very receptive to whatever we needed. I recommend this house. Also a great stay, the bathroom in the master bath is just heavenly and the closet is enormous.

Team Building Trip

The property was fine. There was a bit of trash and yard trimming in the entryway when we arrived, probably due to recent winds/storm. The Propone tanks for the BBQ were both out of gas, the second tank went empty while I was trying to BBQ which was inconvenient. We replaced the tank. The back lawn looked like it hadn't been mowed in at least a couple of weeks. These minor details did not detract from the overall experience. It is a good size house, very clean inside, plenty of beds, the Movie Theater and games were a hit and helped lead to friendly/fun competition for me & my team. The property was amazing! Check in was easy and the home was perfect! The neighborhood was beautiful and we truly enjoyed everything. I think the only thing that was tough was the big garbage cans were full from the guests before us.

Not all the great

This property wasn’t at all the 5 stars that everyone else has given. First off, we came downstairs to water all over the kitchen floor from the dishwasher. I went to message him and saw that he actually messaged me at the same time, which was very curious. My family believed there are cameras. I then also explained to him some of the things that we noticed that were not great. The bbq and area outside was a disaster. BBQ was broken, ash trays all over the ground, some of the patio stools were missing part of their seats, the windows from the kitchen were disgusting. They have google nest system for their heating, and every time we turned on the heater it would shut off, someone was controlling it and it wasn’t us. One day walked downstairs to the gardeners in the backyard, it would have been nice to know their would be someone there. The owner didn’t respond to my concerns except for the dishwasher (and someone came and installed a new one that same day) and instead of addressing my concerns he asked us to bring in the trash cans from the street if they were still out there.

Awesome- in every way

Communication was great from the beginning. Very accommodating. House was clean, spacious and well appointed. Everything you need to stay in and enjoy family and friends. Recommend highly and will be staying again.

Great property for our needs

Chose this property for backyard appearance and size to host a small wedding celebration during the virus shutdown. Photos on Vrbo a bit dated and had to request gardener to spruce up the yard before our party but host helped to make this happen. Host very responsive. Home interior as described and was great for our family that stay overnight and great for our small gathering. Glad we found this property in time to accommodate our son's wedding! Thank you Scott!

Owners exceeded expectations, property was nice too.

Stayed here during the pandemic for a work trip that didn’t have set-in-stone dates and Scott & Kristin were more accommodating and flexible then they needed to be, which was very very appreciative (especially during this crazy time!) Communication was excellent and without any doubt, any needs would’ve been attended to promptly.

Great place for one or two small families/couples. Plenty of room and accommodations. Great experience. Our kids loved the ping pong/pool table and slot machines. Wish we stayed longer so we could use the BBQ. Lots of amenities close by. Definitely would and plan on staying there again (our son is in the air force and this was a geographically advantageous location).

Nice place great for my family

Overall experience was good. I traveled with 9 people and three were kids and everyone had a great time. Games and movie room was great. If you are traveling with a large group be prepared to get soap and toilet paper as there was no supply in the house. Owner were great with communication. The house is a little dirty and dated but we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is amazing. There is everything you could ever need . Tons of space! We had a small gathering for my son’s wedding. The backyard was amazing for pictures . Scott was very accommodating, letting our family check in early . The Winners Retreat is a class act!!!

Baby Shower

The Winner's Retreat was a perfect venue to celebrate my daughter's baby shower. Plenty of room for 30 guest including parking. We would recommend to friends and stay here again for sure. Thank you Scott!
