No fridge, no microwave, old furnature, old bathroom, old stained carpet, not enough outlets for your phone chargers, bed linens were clean and nice. I think that it was brown gravy splattered on the back of the bottom of bathroom door, or at least i hope it was. I saved but not eorth it. Never again.

When i arrived checkin staff handeling my stay were extremely rude(two older ladies. A tall blonde and short red head). I believe shannon ended up helping. Get me checked in. Im a disabled veteran so by that time i had a migraine and had to go lie down. I didn't really enjoy the first two days i was there. The room was ok. The remote was missing. Sink drain clogged but the river view was nice. Beds are ok not hard or super soft. Hopefully youve brushed up on spanish because that's the language most housekeeping staff speak. Very friendly though. Much more so tgan the front desk. Most of the cocktail waitresses are friendly as well as the casino floor staff. The security during my stay 10/18-10/21 were very friendly and helpful im not sure why they were getting fussed at by a customer during my stay we were smoking in the wrong area and we were very politely redirected. PTS is great, denny convenient, and stockmans is amazing. A bit pricy though. They do have a comedy club and bingo is fun.
