You get what you pay for? Staff was very friendly on check in, and when I needed assistance. The room although nice was lacking items found in most hotel rooms, no iron, hair dryer or fridge??? No ice bucket or working ice machine on our floor,had to get bag from store. Had a room key issue, had to have security come open door after waiting 15 minutes. Property was nice enjoyed the River view and beach area. Casino had no table games and the smoke smell was overwhelming. If you’re looking for I expensive place that looks like they cater to families this is it.

It was ok.. the pool was not available, there don’t have an iron or the ironing board, blow dryer, 1950 Tv that’s was 10 channels, and no refrigerator in the room. This was for the king bed with street view side.

Nice quiet room with a river view. The only downfall was no coffee pot to make coffee. The food at the restaurants was not very good.

Amazing Hotel, BE WARNED pool is out of service.

The hotel had amazing customer service, their general store is open 24/7 and they serve hot food all day. The only thing I will say is I did not see anywhere on Hotels.com that said their pool was out of service due to maintenance but it was. The hotel’s website itself does state that clearly but I did not book through the hotels website, I booked through Hotels.com. Other than that they hotel offers a “private beach front” on the river that’s amazing and worked out perfectly since the hotel pool was not open.

I did not know that they had no hairdryers or a iron had to call housekeeper and also no ice you had to have someone bring it up to your room unconvince for me!!!
