I expected to get my money back and contacted you & the hotel. No one will refund my money! I’ll never use your website again. Someone should refund this money, it was not my mistake!

We were looking forward to the restaurant that had the great hamburgers and fries from when we visited 2 years ago. Sadly the restaurant is shut down. We walked two hotels down to eat dinner at Bumble’s. The hotel staff was nice, but we booked our rooms there for the restaurant. The gift shop has shrunk a bit. Not as many cute things. But we liked the free small coffee coupon. Overall, we won’t be booking there again. Unless they up their food game.
