The rooms need updating. Zero charging plugs, old carpet that stinks. Very outdated. To charge electronics you have to pull the night stands away from the wall for plug acces. It would be fare if the room charges were aligned with the 1980s like the room. Stay somewhere else for the same price thats most likely nicer.

The room didn’t look updated for awhile, no fridge, no USB sockets to plug in. Resort fee although reasonable should ALWAYS be listed on Expedia's site so there are NO surprises to Expedias customers! Because nothing is as it appears in Nevada!

Poor customer service

Customer service was rude and unwilling to listen to my issue of over payment despite having a receipt of online purchase. Hotel is outdated and not very clean. Carpet was stained and looked unvacuumed. Charging customers extra for refrigerator even with medical issues and medications needing to kept cold was unexpectable.

Business trip and stayed at the Tropicana.

Stay at the Tropicana was good. Rooms are older style but clean. Food at the cafe was very good and they were fast and helpful.
