Did not like the check-in. Kiosks did not work and one representative at registration. Our bed linens had rips in them, lamp shades were disfigured amd sideways, view was employee parking lot. Pool area was clean and quiet at 7am and casino area was enjoyable.

Receptionist Marisol was very rude to us I told her specifically to please give me my 2 rooms together since my kids where going to be in the other room and she rudely refused to said she didn’t have any more rooms when clearly it’s a very slow week plus the pool got close at 7:30 we come to spend our hard working money to have a good time so you would expect a friendly welcoming and enjoyable stay and we get the opposite I’ve stayed in this hotel every time we come to Laughlin but this will definitely be my last stay here at the Tropicana all because of a rude receptionist Marisol !!!!

Had to spend a day working in Needles ( 20 min. Drive), but did not like the accommodations. Great deals in Laughlin, great price, safe, secure, and during week less crowds. Will stay here again!!

I was planning staying another night but if I had a comp or discount but I felt no one could answer my question!!! Went from going to check in to back to where I get my players card & back & forth no one could give me any info …. So ended just checking out

Check in was easy with the kiosk. Room was clean. Bathroom is small and a little hard to get ready in because the toilet is close to the counter. It’s a good place for the price.
