Lovely home close to the city

Lovely home with great facilities, even an EV charger and sauna! Great kitchen with mod cons. Gas constant heat for showers and excellent laundry. Really everything you need for a stay close to Launceston central with nice walks along the levee, 20-30 mins walk to the city if you're inclined. Just remember to park your car on one side of the road if your car doesn't fit in the driveway or the neighbours will get annoyed. Rubbish gets collected at 6.20AM so be prepared!

cottage was clean and comfortable and well stocked with essentials. Would stay again.Bin not put out from previous tenant,1 downlight in dining area stopped working,1 downlight in lounge started flashing,couldn't get wall heater in bedroom to work,turned turntable and speakers on but couldn't get music to come out,not familiar with operation of speaker in kitchen,older adults not necessarily techno literate !!All minor niggles and did not adversely impact our stay in what was in all other respects excellent accommodation
