Newly updated and fully furnished beach cottage in beautiful, family-oriented Ocean Beach 2. New paint throughout. New bathroom vanity. Two Bedrooms. One bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed w/ pull out trundle. The sleeper sofa in the Living room can accommodate two people. Two car driveway. Washer/dryer. AC. The kitchen includes a table and 4 chairs. Bathroom features all new tile and fixtures with tub. The spacious deck features a table and 6 chairs as well as a new cushioned outdoor lounge area. Gas grill.

Enjoy the sunset view over Barnegat Bay from the deck and living room. 5-7 minute walk to beach. Walking distance to several local food establishments including the famous Colonial Bakery, Channel Marker Cafe, Donuts Plus, Dairy Queen. 15 minute walk to Chadwick Mini Golf Course. 5 minute drive to several local boutiques, surf shop and activities for the family. 10 minute drive to Seaside Heights boardwalk. 15 minute drive to Point Pleasant boardwalk.

Relaxation, The way the property and the home is set up it gives you this home feeling. The decorations and the comfort was excellent. Beautiful sunset and evening right from the porch. Inconvenient to anything you want to do.I would recommend it for anyone who wants to feel comfortable and at home.

Awesome Experience

The house was perfect for our family. We really loved the setup and the perfect location. The view overlooking the bay was amazing and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The house was also close to the beach, bay, parks, restaurants, and stores. Finally, the house owners made everything easy and were super friendly. We loved the house and hope to stay there again.

Best beach house on the bay!

Our house was beautiful. The view of the bay was stunning and my kids declared “best vacation ever”. The community in OBII is warm and welcoming and the owners of this property are stellar. They are vested in their guests enjoying the beach as much as we do. We will be back!
