Located on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs, it consists of a 38 m² living room, an open-plan kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 100 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 38 m² living room with TV, dining area, double sofa bed, and open-plan kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a double sofa bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, dryer, iron and ironing board.

- A south-facing, shared, enclosed garden of 100 m² with a pergola area and private wrought iron furniture
