As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by its tasteful decor and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is bright and cosy, with a comfortable sofa bed and satellite TV for relaxing moments. The fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) lets you prepare delicious meals to enjoy on your lovely south-facing 16 m² private terrace.



An exterior designed for relaxation

Enjoy the warm summer evenings on your private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, a large parasol and a barbecue for convivial outdoor meals. And for even greater convenience, the house has an automatic gate, private parking and a space for bicycles.



From April to September, why not take a dip in the heated swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a busy day.



At night, a double bedroom opening onto the terrace promises a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail and washing machine for added convenience, and the WC is separate. A cot and high chair are available on request.
