You will stay in a 15th-century house on the edge of the Tronçais forest.
This very comfortable house in an exceptional location combines peace, charm, and a change of scenery.
You can enjoy the sunny swimming pool from morning till night.
This gîte in Le Brethon, with its large garden and terrace, will allow you to enjoy the Bourbonnais countryside with family or friends. A playroom is available for children.

Ground floor: small kitchen in a round tower, dining room, large living room with fireplace, WC.

First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (bathtubs), separate WC.

Second floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), shower room, separate WC. Wi-Fi.
Oil-fired central heating.
Laundry room. Partially enclosed lawn area (2000m²). The cottage is equipped for babies. Fitness room (rowing machine, exercise bike, exercise ball, mat). Summer kitchen.
Enjoy the saltwater swimming pool, shared with the owner and reserved exclusively for you from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The pool is protected by curtains and fencing. (10m x 5m in-ground pool, 0.70m to 1.70m deep)
Open from mid-April, weather permitting, until early November.

Cérilly 10 km. Nassigny Golf Course 15 km. Saint Bonnet Tronçais Lake 10 km. Arrival possible every day outside of peak season and school holidays.

The cottage's amenities: beds made upon arrival, linens, towels, and cleaning included.

Electricity is the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
