Located in Le Croisic, a beautiful and characterful Breton port, this exceptional, bright holiday apartment on the second and top floor offers you a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a beautiful mahogany kitchen with bar, two bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, large closet, dresser and light elm tallboy, the other with two 80 cm beds that can be combined into a 160 cm bed), a bathroom with bathtub-shower and towel dryer, as well as a separate toilet. Electric heating.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include an electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, TV, kettle, classic coffee maker and capsule coffee machine, toaster, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher. This accommodation does not offer air conditioning, but as it is cross-ventilated and by the sea, it always remains pleasant.
You will enjoy a large 16 m² terrace with a double illuminated electric awning and a rear balcony overlooking the Guérande salt marshes.
The building has an elevator. This holiday rental is located in a private, wooded, fully enclosed park for a peaceful experience.
