Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), with access to the 7 m² balcony
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed instead of the bunk bed shown in the photo
- Bathroom with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A 7 m² balcony, accessible from the living room.

The flat is ideally located in Chinaillon (Grand-Bornand), in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
