The Residence LE BELVEDERE 2 is located in the Hameau de Suize, approximately 800m from the ski lifts and a 15-minute walk from the village and shops.

This vacation apartment, located on the 3rd floor, includes a living room with a television, a decorative fireplace, and a sofa, a kitchen area equipped with a dishwasher, and a separate toilet with a sink. Upstairs, there is a sleeping area with two bunk beds, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a washing machine, dryer, and toilet.

Bien que cet appartement soit bien situé, bien équipé, il est cependant un peu étroit pour 6 adultes. L'espace coin montagne est très réduit. L'escalier est très raide et dangereux pour des enfants.Le site de sélection ne devrait pas le proposer pour 6 adultes.

Spacieux et fonctionnel

Appartement spacieux, propre et bien décoré. Nombreux couchages et 2 salles d’eau appréciable car appartement en duplex. Atouts : Vue, 2 chambres à grand lit, gestionnaire efficace. Contraintes (pour personnes âgées): 3ème étage sans ascenseur, escalier allant aux chambres très étroit.

L'appartement est t'elle que détaillé sur l'annonce. La vue est sympa sur le Grand Bornand, la navette au pied du logement. Très bien équipé, machine à laver la vaisselle, le linge, sèche linge, appareils à raclette et fondu. Très bien
