Renovated and newly equipped studio with all the necessary comfort for a good stay. Ideally located on the seafront in the pedestrian center of Grau-du-Roi. A breathtaking view from the terrace and an exceptional location are the two main assets of this 32m2 located on the 2nd floor with elevator. Wifi, TV with more than 200 channels, air conditioning are also offered. Reserved parking space 2 minutes walk from the accommodation. Weekly rentals in July and August.

Parfait

DeuxiĂšme sĂ©jour estival dans cet appartement et deuxiĂšme rĂ©ussite. L'appartement a un emplacement idĂ©al oĂč ne l'on se lasse jamais de cette vue imprenable, une place de parking non nĂ©gligeable au Grau du Roi surtout en cette pĂ©riode, toujours trĂšs propre et avec un amĂ©nagement au top mĂȘme bien plus pour une location de vacances. Et surtout SĂ©bastien qui en a la gestion est une personne disponible qui rĂ©pond toujours de suite et fait toujours en sorte que le sĂ©jour se passe au mieux et est toujours trĂšs arrangeant dĂšs qu'il le peut. Je reviendrais les yeux fermĂ©s et avec grand plaisir et recommande cette location en tout point PARFAIT
