While the hotel was attractive and well located near the shuttle bus, I do have two complaints. First we were never given the access code to enter the gate leading to the hotel area. Because of this we had to drive around, park in the daily lot, take the shuttle to the hotel, get the code, then pay for the parking and drive to the hotel. We should have received the access code upon making the reservation. I did try contacting the hotel a week before our trip and got no reply. I tried calling on that day and also got no response. My other complaint is that there was considerable black mold growing between the shower tiles. This is poor housekeeping.
