Le P'tit Palais - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Le Palais in Belle-Ile en mer, this charming duplex with a surface of 47 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A living room of 20 m² with flat screen TV, sofa, coffee table, and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- A bathroom with bath and WC.

On the first floor:
- A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190)
- A cabin room with a single bed.

The flat is ideally located in Le Palais, in a very pleasant environment in the heart of the city, 200 m from the pier. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The Vauban citadel located at 400 m (6 minutes on foot).
- Sauzon located at 6.9 km (26 minutes by bike).
- La pointe des poulains located at 10.3 km (40 minutes by bike).
- La grotte de l'Apothicairerie at 11.2 km (7 minutes by bike).
- Plage du Donnant 8.3 km (29 minutes by bike).
- Les Aiguilles de Port-Coton 8.7 km (30 minutes by bike).
- Locmaria located 11.7 km (38 minutes by bike).

Embark on a journey to the largest of the Breton islands, whether you are a lover of water sports, iodine flavours, art or adventure you will always be satisfied through unique experiences. Visit the home of Sarah Bernardt, who settled on the island at the end of the 19th century, or head to the north west of the island to visit Sauzon, a picturesque port and a must-see on the island. Continue the discovery of the island and its emblematic places:

- Admire the needles of Port Coton.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house. You can come to Belle Ile en Mer with your own car by booking through certain shipping companies.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: possibility to visit the island by booking seats with a tourist bus in summer.
- Nearest ferry station: Port du Palais at 200 m, come from the ferry stations Vannes, Quiberon, Locmariaquer, Port-Navalo and Le Croisic.
- Nearest airport: Lorient airport.
- To rent a car: you can rent a car directly at Le Palais (in summer it is better to book in advance).

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free wifi available.
- The cabin room is under the roof.
- The sofa in the living room is fixed, so it can't be used as a bed.
- Pets accepted (one pet only) at extra cost, please specify when booking. (€15/stay)
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Please note that Belle île en mer does not have a dedicated cycle path, and the island is hilly.
