l’hôtel n’a pas du tout répondu au prestation proposée piscine pas adapté aux enfants Chambre pas prête à 18h30 pour trois et si nous ne sommes pas content la responsable nous conseille de partir avec remboursement avec plusieurs heures de route et enfants… Sèche cheveux en panne chaleur extrême car chambre 004 collé au spa et Clim à l’arrêt Bref mauvaise expérience pour nous

Bien pour une nuit mais pas pour deux

Nous séjournons assez régulièrement dans cet hotel (1 nuit à chaque séjour), et jusqu'à présent nous étions plutôt satisfaits, mais nous sommes vraiment mécontents de ce dernier séjour de 2 nuits: après la première nuit lorsque nous sommes revenu pour le deuxième jour nous avons eu la surprise de constater que la chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée, la réceptionniste nous a dit que nous avions refusé le service ce qui est absolument faux étant donné que nous avions quitté l'hotel à 6 heures du matin sans avoir vu personne, elle nous alors déployé un tas d'arguments parfois contradictoires, nous avons du parlementer pendant 1 bon quart d'heure pour obtenir finalement un chagement de chambre. En résumé cet hotel est convenable pour 1 séjour d'(une nuit mais les choses se compliquent à partir de 2 nuits.

The bed was comfortable, sheets fresh. The grouting and silicone in the shower was not very clean. I dare say the hotel is not paying for enough cleaning, the cleaners have to do too much, too quickly, these places make money on spending the minimum. The receptionist was great, spoke multiple languages, and was welcoming and helpful.

Séjour d'une nuit pendant le Festival d'Avignon !

Hôtel très proche d'Avignon avec un rapport qualité / prix intéressant ! Malgré une arrivée tardive après un dernier spectacle au Festival , l'accueil est chaleureux et professionnel ! La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit et nous n'avons pas profité des infrastructures proposées par l'hôtel et nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner ... !
