When we arrived at the gite we were very impressed with the high standard of the fixtures and fittings. Our host, Marion, was brilliant. She explained everything in English to ensure that we knew all about our accommodation. Marion will say that her English is not good, but she copes very well.Parking is to the right of the gite. It means that the car will be cool in the morning as it is shaded from the early sun.Marion has given a lot of thought to what guests might need. She included olive oil as one of those necessities, also providing tablets for the dishwasher.The lift between the ground and the first floor was a novelty. There is air conditioning throughout the property and all the windows have roller shutters.The two bedrooms are of a good size. Very large comfortable beds in each room as well as having two chairs and a small table in each. In the ensuite shower rooms the equipment is of a high quality with spacious shower cubicles. The view from the front bedroom is over the drive and the ‘parc’ where you will see, on occasions, horses grazing.The whole gite is spotlessly clean.Marion helped to make our week long holiday special. She is easy to talk to and very friendly. If you need anything then simply send her a message to the mobile number that she provides. I would recommend Les Escales De Marion without reservation. We are already considering when we might return next year.Thank you, Marion, for everything.
