This home is located within a secure gated development, ensuring peace of mind during your stay. Parking is available right in front of the property, adding an extra layer of convenience for those travelling by car, but no vans are allowed as it is a private estate.

A convenient WC is also located on the ground floor, just off the hallway.

This floor also boasts a comfortable lounge/TV room, perfect for movie nights, complete with plenty of seating and a dedicated workspace for those needing to catch up on work or browse the web.

On the second floor, you’ll discover a spacious second bedroom that includes a desk for any work needs. The family bathroom features both a bath & shower overhead, stocked with complimentary toiletries to enhance your stay.

You have full access to the entire house and lovely private garden. As we still use the house, there are some cupboards / areas that we have locked as it contains our personal belongings. Please respect my home as it is yours. If anything breaks, please ensure to let us know.

The garden is nice and small and has an outside table to use.

Should you choose to park a van, there is parking at Bookham station and you can pay via RingGo App. Two small cars could fit on the driveway, you just need to be considerate to neighbours and the footpath. Do not park on the visitors car park for long periods, this is for visitors only.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
