When I checked in the Resort was expecting me. Check-in was a breeze. But most impressive was the level of communications. I heard from them several times before arriving making sure that, if I had special needs, they would do everything possible to ensure I enjoyed my stay even giving me the option to check in early. That level of communications has continued during my stay.

Icicle Village Resort is absolutely wonderful and thoughtful l dog friendly place! They gave a cute doggie gift of a small stuffed animal and treats.
