Completely renovated, this villa is located in a magnificent region with dream beaches rivaling those of the Seychelles. The Cala Rossa estate is guarded 24/7 during peak season, the beaches are maintained, and very sparsely populated (even in August!);
aesthetic and balneotherapy treatments are available at the 'grand hotel' (at the entrance of the domain) as well as the SPA.
A single entry and exit point for domain access, security assurance (for children, teenagers).
Tennis, grocery store, caterer, beach bar are located at the exit of the domain, 15 minutes walking distance. The city is accessible by sea or by road (approximately 10 minutes).
The villa has a mooring ring 3 minutes by car within the property.
