On arrival our room wasn’t available so we were upgrades to the next room as it was 7pm. Room
Was clean and spacious. However theu have automatic lights in the bathroom which is next to the bed so every time you need to use the bathroom during the night the bedroom would light up and can’t turn the light off! So lead to a poor nights sleep. More concerning is the hotels food hygiene and safety! Upon going down to breakfast I noticed the so called chef put cooked cold sausages on the counter for them to be dumped into a hot plate… no prob for temperature and I could clearly see theses sausages and bacon where cold!! Upon complaining I was looked at like I have 3 heads and didn’t know what I was talking about even though I am a trained chef!! I complained to the manager who didn’t seem at all concerned and couldn’t understand why this was a safety issue! My partner sausage was a whopping 33degrees which is smack bag in the danger zone for food bacteria and food poisoning. These sausage still got served even though they should have been instantly removed… they did say they were going to re probe everything… all through fake smiles and not a care in the world! I’ve asked for a refund on they bacteria filled food but nothing!! Not even an apology. Disgusting and I hope the other customer don’t end up really ill. Oh and fire alarm went off and was evacuated without even a reason!!
