A 10 minute walk to car parking, crossing multiple lanes of traffic. My biggest dissappointment was the free WiFi was not working in my bedroom on the 9th floor. This meant that i could not use my laptop.

Bizarrely given a family room when I booked a double. Having a bunk bed above the double was not what I expected. Needs more sockets, particularly near the bed as therewasn'tt one and another didnt work at all. Would be good if there were tea/ coffee making facilities in the room too. Clean and ok for short stay. Convenient for shopping centre and bus/ train stations.

We didn’t even get a bathroom, i was sharing this hotel room with one of my friends of the opposite gender and expected a private bathroom. I paid £140 for the hotel and the shower was basically in the middle of the room and so was the sink. The toilet was in a private room that’s it. We checked out and got a different room in another hotel so that we had some privacy. This was non-refundable and a complete waste of money im very disappointed.

stale room

I really do not know how to put it. Let me start by saying that the room was stale. As soon as I lied on the bed I started itching all over. It felt that small dust particle all over. My daughter had a astma attck. Since she is astamatic she had her medicine. I wouldsay the room given to us was cleaned ages ago and had become stale. The hotel should provide te day the room was aireated and cleaned.
