Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have an attached studio in our home. Enjoy privacy and comfort in this famous fishing and boating town just 1 hour away from theme parks and attractions. Close to Mount Dora Town Center. (No Boat Parking). A/C controller is in the main house. In order set at desired temperature, you have to message me to change it.

This place was very comfortable. It was perfect for attending a wedding at Howey-in-the-Hills and within 1 hour drive from Disney. The bed was a little squeeky and the kitchen utensils needed a bit of cleaning, but everything else was perfect! We especially enjoyed the ability to play games on the Wii.

Was a comfortable space and very easy to get into! However, some functionality and cleanliness stood out. Bed was very creaky and mattress looked very worn. Outlet by the bed did not work. Also, bathroom towels were stained and there were no hand towels/wash rags. Also, cleaning ladies were waiting in the driveway before checkout time. For price and location, it was overall good stay.

Beautiful attached extra suite in a beautiful neighborhood. It's right across from a playground and large grass area with sidewalks circling it for a nice walk for us and our dog. Pleasant neighbors and wonderfully accommodating hosts. To ensure our comfort, they provided a fan without request. The bed was comfortable and easy to get a good night's sleep. We were only there 1 night, passing through, but it more than met our needs. We will definitely stay again!

The apt. is in a nice development with a grassy park and a playground directly across the street. It was a no contact entry and the photos provided by the owner are pretty much exactly how we found it to be. This unit is part of a home so you can, at times, hear some of the everyday goings on in the attached house and if you like a soft mattress the bed is for you. This apt. was comfortable, had everything we needed and was convenient for our visit to Mt Dora.

Clean and Comfortable

We drove down to help my elderly mother clean out her garage. This VRBO was just a few miles from her so it was super convenient. Very clean unit, well equipped, has a washer/dryer which we really appreciated. The unit has a small living area outside of the bedroom, a nice sized bathroom, a small dining table, a large clean refrigerator, microwave , coffee maker and toaster oven. The unit is in a private home in a planned community. It has a private entrance next to the front door, but the unit was quiet. It’s about 10 minutes from 441 which has chain restaurants and shopping. If you’re a coffee drinker, you may want to stop by Walmart and pick up coffee cups.. there weren’t any in the unit (but they did have china tea cups). We didn’t have any communication with the hosts, but we didn’t need to. Very comfortable stay..

Great little spot

This is a very nice place to stay. Tastefully decorated and very clean. The host was attentive but also did a nice job just lefting you do your thing. The location is good for leesburg, Tavares and Eustis. We stayed here for the Leesburg bike fest and it was a nice easy 10 ride to downtown main st. Thank you Juan we will certainly stay here agaiin and sugeest it for friends to stay as well....thank you
