Πολύ κοντά στα Μουσεία ,δίπλα στον πεζόδρομο ( ΄΄Αγορά΄΄) με τα μαγαζιά , τα ουζερί και τις ταβέρνες. Μόνο 60 μέτρα από το Δημοτικό πάρκινγκ , 3 λεπτά μακριά από μεγάλα super market και όλα αυτά με τα πόδια.
Απέχει 1,5 - 2 χιλιόμετρα από τις παραλίες ΄΄κάστρο΄΄ , ''γύρα'' ,'' Άι Γιάννης ΄΄ '' Μύλοι '' κ.α.
To πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο κατάλυμα μας στη Λευκάδα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 6 άτομα. Διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, μεγάλη σαλονοτραπεζαρία, κουζίνα, μπάνιο με μπανιέρα, 2 air condition και ένα μπαλκόνι.
