Independent, private villa built in a 1,000 sq.m. fenced plot with 100% privacy. Situated in Kariotes - Lygia village only 3,5 klm from city of Lefkada and 450 meters from the beach. Within 250 metres you have a Mini a mini market ,a bakery, a pizza-restaurant , and a cafe.
Super market, cafeterias, taverns and a petrol station are very close.
Village Villa is fully air-conditioned, with private pool, 3 bedrooms (one with private bath) all equipped with TVs, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a large B.B.Q. Wi-fi is free
The sitting room is stone built with comfortable couches , with LCD TV - Dvd player and fireplace.
All bedrooms have king-size beds and queen-size beds and balconies with view to the garden, the pool and the mountain.

Fantastic hosts that are so caring and helpful. The kitchen is a little lacking in utensils and plates etc. Location is excellent! We are a family of 6 and our 4 boys loved the pool so much to cool off. Beautiful big lawn to play. Safe behind gate parking for two vehicles. Air conditioning in each room. Main bedroom is big enough, two other rooms a little smaller.We were there for a week and then went to Kefalonia. We do prefer Lefkada’s beaches and this rental is so well located.Zois and Katerina are the best hosts and even sent us off with a giftbasket of local products! I will for sure recommend staying here.

The villa was well looked after, and the owners were incredibly friendly and could not do enough for us, to the extent of driving us out to view the windmills of Lefkada, a beautiful spot on the island’s coast. The pool was also well kept and clean - the villa would suit either a family or group of friends. Great location very close to Lefkada town and a variety of quality restaurants and tavernas. Would not hesitate to recommend. If there was one small thing it was the lighting in the living room could be better, there was only one quite harsh central light and no side lamps to enhance the lovely stone wall.

Proche des commerces et restaurants une petite plage de galets à 10 minutes à pieds de la maison Très très bon accueil Caterina est très communicative , pleins d’explications pour les visites Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour Nous conseillons cette maison
