The dining area, open to a fully equipped kitchen, creates a welcoming atmosphere ideal for family or friends’ meals. In the summer, the sun-drenched terrace with its plancha invites you to enjoy alfresco lunches in a peaceful setting.

On the garden level, two bedrooms with direct outdoor access each feature a double bed (140 cm), a spacious bathroom, and separate WC. This level also includes a practical laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite, with a double bed (160 cm) and its private bathroom, offers an intimate and comfortable space. A second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) has its own adjoining bathroom, while a separate WC completes this floor.

An annex with a private entrance houses a fifth bedroom for two adults, with an ensuite bathroom and WC.
