Ideally located for your stay on the Arcachon Bay, between the ocean and the oyster-farming villages of the peninsula, this brand-new 65 m² house is situated in a quiet residential area, just steps from the town of Lège-Cap-Ferret and the cycle path. This semi-detached house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge opening onto a terrace and a 70 m² enclosed garden, a separate WC with washbasin, and a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning equipment. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x190 cm beds), as well as a bathroom with WC. Bed linen, towels, and heating (heat pump) are included in the price. Wi-Fi is available. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Two reserved parking spaces are provided. Bike rentals nearby. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water (within reasonable limits), electricity, and heating. Bed linen and towels are provided.
