This home can comfortably sleep up to 10 people and features a spacious main living area on the entry level. The upper level boasts a luxurious Master Suite and 3 additional bedrooms, while the lower level includes a bonus area and game room with an additional bedroom.

Experience the ultimate in comfort with new memory foam topped mattresses in every bedroom, as well as additional furniture in the game room downstairs as of May 1, 2022. Great location for Thanksgiving Point

We were in town for a conference and the house was in a great location for all of our activities at Thanksgiving Point. The common areas were a little smaller than we expected, but we didn’t have a large group, so it was perfect for us. the bedrooms were great — a nice size with comfortable beds and bedding. Michael was a great host!

Lots of rooms! Large master bedroom and super close to Thanksgiving point and lots of restaurants.There's a big difference in temperature between the basement and the second floor so in the summertime when you're using the AC to cool the first and second floors, it's cool downstairs.

Great rental in family neighborhood

This home is a great gem in a family neighborhood. Park around the corner was great for the kids to play while we had a walk and morning coffee. Close to restaurants and amenities too. House itself was very clean and well apportioned with each room very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen made prep of two family meals easy. Since we were in town for a family wedding - also awesome to have the laundry and the ironing board. Very spacious and we all enjoyed a game or two of foosball and mini billiards and sending the kids downstairs while we hung out in the main level. Thanks again - will check here first the next time we’re in Salt Lake!

Girls weekend

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. There was enough space for everyone to have their own room but also gather together for meals and activities, we had everything we needed including extra blankets while watching movies, and the beds were comfy! For us the only downside was the parking. We had a couple of larger vehicles that didn’t fit in the garage or together on the narrow/shorter driveway. Everything else was great.

Great location, house was large with plenty of space for immediate and extended family. 3 1/2 bathrooms were great! Loved the game room, and multiple televisions throughout the home. Plenty of bath towels and equipped kitchen.

This home is in a great neighborhood. It is well taken care of, there was plenty of space for my family of 6 plus my parents. We all loved the bonus of game tables downstairs. We had one hiccup in the beginning that was taken care of immediately and professionally by the manager. We would love to stay here again!

Nice house close to Thanksgiving Point

The house worked well for our stay. We had 5 senior ladies attending a quilting event at Thanksgiving Point. I will point out that all 5 bedrooms require up or down stairs The owner responded quickly to a request we had. I would stay here again.
