Super entspannt

Die Wohnung ist in 2min fußläufig von der Tram 14 erreichbar, die direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fährt. In der Nähe sind Kultur, Parks, Wasser, gute Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beieinander.Der Anbieter hat uns schon weit im Voraus kontaktiert, sodass sehr früh alle Fragen geklärt werden konnten. Einchecken ging auch alles sehr nett und gechillt über Telefon.Trotzdem waren wir überrascht, wie gut die Wohnung ausgestattet ist. Von Waschmaschine über Mikrowelle, Smoothiemaker für Selbstversorger alles da. Wohnung war tiptop sauber. Für Gruppen bis 8 Leute ist in den 4 Schlafzimmern und am Tisch bequem Platz, bei mehr wird es etwas kuscheliger. Ein Highlight ist die große Wohnküche mit Terasse. Gerade in Stadtlage bieten nicht viele Wohnungen so viel Gemeinschaftsplatz.War ein echt schöner Aufenthalt und wir merken uns das Objekt.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zu sechst für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Leipzig und haben die Zeit sowohl in der Stadt als auch in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles vorhanden, sehr sauber, gute Lage. Es hat alles gepasst.

Tolle Gegend mit vielen kulinarischen Angeboten. Schöne Wohnung obwohl die Möbel teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Die Terrasse ist großartig.

Es waren schöne Tage und wir waren zufrieden. Bei dem Preis muss nach meinem Verständnis für eine volle Punktzahl aber auch wirklich fast alles passen. Bsp: Singlegeschirrspüler für 9 Personen ist ungenügend. Dennoch: Schöner Aufenthalt, schöne Wohnung, schöne Lage. Mit mehr als 9 Personen würde ich es aber ehrlicherweise nicht empfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt!

Wir waren mit Freunden und der Familie in dieser tollen Wohnung! Der offene Aufenthaltsraum mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und Esszimmer war super schön! Zudem war alles gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super freundlich und umfassend! Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit!

Unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Wir hätten bei dem Preis eine hochwertigere Ausstattung erwartet und eine Vorbereitung für die gebuchten 12-13 Personen, die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind nur für max 9-10 Personen mit Terrassentisch vorhanden und auf den Zustellbetten ,was bessere Matratzen sind ,war kaum Schlaf zu finden. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen, auch nicht im Sommer mit Terrassennutzung , da man bei der Umgebung nicht von einem Traum sprechen kann.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und sehr zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko ist der nicht vorhandene Parkplatz und die Plätze an der Straße sind immer belegt, so dass täglich viel Zeit für die Parkplatzsuche eingeplant werden muss.
