For safety and liability reasons, any use of fire in this fireplace is strictly prohibited. However, there is an electric fireplace available for use in the basement.

Guests have access to the whole HOUSE except for the garage and locked utility closets.

Just a short drive away, you’ll find the Sprint Center, Union Station, and the vibrant Power & Light District. For shopping and dining, Town Center Plaza and the Country Club Plaza are nearby, as well as Legends Shopping and Cabela's for a great day of retail therapy. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to the Kansas Speedway. The Lenexa Convention Center is also just around the corner. With easy access to I-35 and I-435, you’ll enjoy seamless connectivity to the city’s major thoroughfares, making it a convenient base for exploring all the area has to offer.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking here if you drive. Almost everything downtown KC has to offer will be drivable and only a few minutes away. $10-25 Uber ride from the our place.

If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
