L’Impasse du Temple - A Special Holiday Home
This beautiful 18th century classical French maison de maïtre in Léran offers you 5 plus fully ensuite and spacious bedrooms. They have their own special colours and views, all with queen-size beds and beautiful bed linen. Although the house offers 14 beds we are offering this select holiday accommodation for between 8 and 10 guests.
The house offers everything your friends and family need for the perfect holiday. A spacious and well-equipped kitchen is ideal for those who want to use the wonderful local produce. Relax in the evening in the spacious lounge with large screen smart television, a huge selection of DVD's, books board games and a piano. For indoor meals
There is a special dining room adjacent to the kitchen but in summer use the courtyard for al fresco dining. This secluded and special space was a former protestant chapel and is perfect for warm summer evenings.
The garden is set apart from the main house across the impasse du Temple. Relax under the shade of the many trees, or throw yourself into the salt water pool and then finish that chapter under the umbrella. Roses, lavender, and basil warmed by the summer sun will waft around you as you unwind from your busy life.
The house is central to this no-frills village but is close to so many areas of interest, including Cathar chateaux, walking and riding paths, Lac de Montbel (2 kms), the foothills of the Pyrenees. So many attractions, and perhaps not enough time.
