Private entrance, private garden and close to various beaches. New apartment located at an Unesco protected nature park in the town called Lerici. The sea and park view from the apartment is magnificent. Lerici is a very attractive and charming coastal town at the Golfo dei Poeti close to nice tourist attractions such as Cinque Terre, Portovenerre, Parma, Genoa,Portofino, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte Dei Marmi, etc.
The space
The apartment has a nice open living room and kitchen from where you can see the sea and the park all around. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one additional separate toilet. This apartment also has a very big private garden with garden furniture and outdoor shower. From the private garden you can access also the communal garden with BBQ and pool.

The 5 bedrooms are as follows:
1. Masterbedroom with private bathroom to sleep 2
2. Bedroom with two single beds to sleep 2
3. Masterbedroom with access to private garden to sleep 2
4. Bedroom with French bed (140cm-200cm) to sleep 1-2 persons
5. Bedroom with bunkbed to sleep 2 children
Guest access
Besides access to the apartment itself with its private garden, you will also have access to the communal garden with BBQ and pool. The apartment also has its own private entrance to park around 3 cars. We will provide you with the check-in instructions a week before arrival per email. For this reason we will request your email address.
Other things to note
Tourist tax is euro 1,5 per person until 31 March and euro 4 per person as of 1 April 2024 for a maximum of 5 days. Children below 12 are exempt. Please pay tourist tax in cash at arrival.
