A beautiful house on a hill above Lerici, with a wonderful view over the Gulf of La Spezia.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
A terrace on top of the house allows for sunbathing in a holy peace or having a glass watching a spectacular sunset over Portovenere.
On top of a hill, with 5 windows on the sea side and 3 on the valley of the River Magra, it is always fresh and ventilated.
The house was deeply restored in 2017 to be used for holidays.

It is located in the hamlet Pugliola on a road that leads to the bottom of the village and is therefore not busy, and there are no dangers for children. A quiet hamlet with a couple of shops, the bar / home cooking.
Lerici is one and a half miles on foot, two by car. You can get to the village in ten minutes and get back in a bus or taxi if you do not want to take the car.
You can go to the station of Sarzana or that of Spezia by bus.

Pugliola is a good starting point for a territory that offers everything: From Lerici depart the ferries to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre that can be reached by train either from Sarzana or La Spezia. In less than an hour you reach Pisa, just over an hour to Lucca and Florence. In fifteen minutes you can reach the slopes of the Apuane Alps or the beaches of Versilia. Practical sports are infinite. Sailing, biking, mountaineering, horseback riding, trekking, diving ... to you the choice.

In the area you eat very well: On the one hand the Ligurian cuisine of land with meat and vegetables cleverly mixed, in front of a fishy sea that supplies many markets and markets, and a few steps to Tuscany with its meat, its tasty salami and its Simple flavors.
