J'ai été très déçue de l'appartement

L'appartement est de très basse qualité, mobilier vétuste, chaudière trop petite, cuisine pas équipée et literie inconfortable. seul point positif c'est la localisation

Apparemment très simple

Immeuble bien situé. Cet appartement est très simple propre et avec une jolie vue mais la salle de bain a des coffrages avec des visses qui dépassent et les toilettes bougent. Les plaques de cuisson de la cuisine peuvent être dangereuses pour les jeunes enfants car elles mettent beaucoup de temps à se refroidir. Nous avions ce type de plaque dans les années 70-80.

appartement sous équipé, aucun rangements pour les vêtements ( seulement 2 étagères dans un placard fabrication maison à l’entree).des étagères dans la chambre seraient bienvenues.nous étions 2 personnes, je n’imagine pas y vivre à 4 personnes!literie chambre :ok,mais clic clac du salon sale,taché,inconfortable et vieux.peintures à refaire intégralement.bref, appartement à rénover et pas à « bricoler »...

Cet appartement est agreable cependant il n’est pas entretenu. Le four ne marche pas bien, il n’y a pas de four micro ondes,il n’y a pas de manique, ce qui parait etre un detail mais lorsque vous voulez sortir un plat du four et que vous n’en avaez pas... Le canapé du salon est en mauvais etat, inconfortable et la housse est vieille. Un trou dans le lino au salon... Le menage est approximatif, la housse de couette a des taches, il pourrait y avoir au moins une saliere, car acheter une boite de sel pour une semaine c’est leger. Je trouve dommage que cet appartement ne soit pas entretenu car je l’ai deja loué il y a quelques annees et rien n’a changé ! Ni la deco, ni l’equipement, ni la literie... bref.. a remettre en etat et rajouter un licro ondes le minimum !
