It is composed of a bedroom with a 140 X 190 cm bed with storage underneath, an assembly area with bunk beds with drawers underneath and a chest of drawers.

The dining area, with kitchenette equipped with a combined microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge, traditional coffee maker, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a table and chairs.

The lounge area is equipped with a non-convertible sofa and a television on telescopic arm.
A small balcony will welcome you to admire the view or smoke a cigarette,

- sheets, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 LV tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing product, 1 dishcloth , 1 garbage bag and multipurpose product) to start your stay.

We inform you that:
- A security deposit of €1000, via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival at our partner Swikly's site.

- the keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and must be returned to the agency before 9 a.m. on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is given to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, ??etc.), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.

This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
