Renovated mountain duplex 6 people - Close to slopes - Equipped kitchen and balcony

A duplex apartment compeltly renovated of 42 m² on the 5th floor, furnished with all the confort.

- Nice evenings with the whole family on a large sofa, in front of a flat screen TV and a hight table for 6 persons for your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- No sleeping in the living room, the beds are upstairs (height of the ceiling is 1,80m and 1,85m). You will have 3 sleeping areas with two double beds and two bunk beds (one bedroom, one cabin and one sleeping area on the landing).
- The kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher, induction hot plates, fridge with a frizzer, coffee machine and Nespresso, toaster and kettle.
- The bathroom has a shower and a sink, towel dryer and hair dryer. The toilet is separated.
- The balcony, orientation South-East, with an open view on the mountains, from the Cime de Caron to the Point of la Masse.
- On the ground floor you have your private ski locker of considerable size.

Situated in the Silveralp residence, in the low part of Val Thorens, the apartment is superbly located, a few steps from the slopes and surrounded by restaurants, kindergarten, rental, ski school and shops.
The residence, entirely renovated during the summer of 2015. Also, you just have to cross the road to get fresh croissant in the morning.
