18th Century Lodge, Sleeps 10

A charming 18th-century cottage, located near a farm and the owner's residence, is divided into three self-catering apartments. A shared, covered swimming pool (7x7m) is open year-round, and there is a relaxation area with sun loungers. The Athos cottage sleeps 10 people and is accessible to guests with reduced mobility. The ground floor comprises a living/dining/kitchen area, a WC, and a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190cm) and an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (each with a king-size bed, three with six single beds that can be joined together), a WC, and two shower rooms. Wi-Fi is available. Outside, guests can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and a shade sail, as well as access to a shared garden of approximately 7000m². A communal games room with a pool table and darts is also available. Access to a laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available. Gas heating is included. Bed linens and towels are provided.

From the town hall of Les Herbiers (rue du Tourniquet), take rue Saint Blaise then continue on rue du Champ de Foire. At the roundabout turn left, rue de Saumur. Then right on rue du Brandon. Turn right again on rue du Bignon. At the roundabout, head towards Mesnard-la-Barotière. Le Châtelier is about 2.5km to the left of the roundabout.
